Ingredients:

  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix, and serve immediately over ice. As an alternative add ice to the blender as desired.
