This quick and easy Thai sauce that can be used in stir fries or as a salad dressing.
- 1 small lemon (juice and rind)
- 1 Tbs Tamari
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbs unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 Tbs chopped ginger
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- pepper to taste (optional)
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Enjoy!
